This book details how I lost 25 lbs. in 4 weeks using a very simple easy to follow diet. I also try to take a common sense look at weight loss that at a minimum will hopefully prevent readers from being scammed in the future by weight loss products that don’t work.
I want to add I’m not a doctor or a nutritionist, just a guy whose lost weight, in a manner anyone of reasonable health can.
