In my opinion, and I am right, most of what we see in the weight loss world are scams or are very overpriced. Kind of like the world of book marketing, full of crap. Always there is the latest fad, the latest wonder herb. Ginseng, green tea, apple vinegar…the list goes on and on.
Well, I lost 25 pounds in 4 weeks, and I wrote a book to tell you how. But I’m going to give away part of the book right now. You need to be hungry unless you’re on some drug. Weight loss is simple and only works one way, as my then doctor Robert Suchyta told me years ago. You’ve got to burn more calories than you take in. Period, simple, anything more than that is BS.
There’re some supplements that can spike your metabolism a little, caffeine does, but once again, you're burning more than you take in.

It feels good to be thin. It’s healthy. I’ve been overweight, nearly obese, and I’m currently just about normal weight, and it feels much better to be normal weight. I recommend it.
So if you want to lose weight, get my book and apply it. Or don’t get my book and count calories and determine calorie burn per day, the make sure you're at least 500 calories deficient each day. It’s not easy, don’t let anyone tell you it is. This is the best way to spot one of the many weight loss cons, someone saying it’s easy.
You could get on certain drugs. I hear they work. But my diet has no side effects, matter of fact I feel more energetic when I am dieting. The reason? Ever heard the term Stay Hungry? If you’ve ever really been hungry, you understand why people say that.
