Hey Everyone! It's been a busy summer. I was with my family in the Pacific Northwest for a couple of weeks and took a long weekend with my son among other things. I hope your summer has been good.

I'm getting close to releasing Murder in the Amazon - A Jungle Jen Mystery. I want to get some ARC reviews of it before I do. This is a continuation of my Jungle Jen. While Jungle Jen took place mostly deep in the Jungle with Jen and John, this one will introduce a whole host of new and interesting characters in the sleepy town of São Gabriel da Cachoeira.

This is my expected synopsis on the back of the book.

" It’s murder after missionary nurse Jen Shaw begins teaching self-defense to a group of women being preyed on in the deep recesses of the Amazon rainforest. But when one of the assistant instructors ends up dead, killed by the very techniques Jen teaches, it’s up to her new husband John to find the real culprit and clear Jen’s name.

Murder, mayhem, and intrigue follow as John shifts through the plethora of motives to find the real killer. Can the couple finally make the sleepy town of São Gabriel da Cachoeira safe for its female inhabitants, and uncover the area’s darkest secrets?

All is revealed in the stunning, climatic, thundering conclusion! "

Like Jungle Jen this is set in the late 1970's. I'm really excited by this book to further explore Jen's dangerous world in the Amazon. This book is available for a free review on booksprout.co. Here is link below to download the book for free on booksprout. The only caveat is I want any readers to agree to leave a review on booksprout and Amazon when I release it for sale.
